Mr. Tan Xiao Sheng is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Beijing Genius Cyber Tech Co.,Ltd.  before Genius Cyber Tech, he was the Technology President and Chief Security Officer of 360 Group, and special consultant under the Cybersecurity Bureau of Ministry of Public Security, Director and Deputy Secretary-general of China Computer Federation (CCF).  

He was awarded as top of Zhong Guan Cun’s leading talents in 2012, and received an outstanding cybersecurity talent title from China Internet Development Foundation in 2018.  In his capacity, he worked with various insitutions such as Xi’an Jiaotong University, Peking University Founder Group, Shenzhen MCM, Shenzhen Horson. He did anti-virus software, disk anti-pirate software, Chinese character disk operating system development, and large-scale management information system development. 

He joined the Internet industry in 2003, served as Director of Technology Development at 3721.com.  He also served as the Director of technology development, thereafter CTO of Yahoo!China; COO and CTO of MySpace China. He joined the Qihoo 360 in 2009, specialized in the cloud computing infrastructure, information security, and search engineering.
